We are currently looking for a Media Manger to join our busy Media team, buying and planning across all media but predominantly AV. If you have a minimum of 2.5 years’ experience working within a media agency with both buying and planning experience, we would love to hear from you. ROLE PURPOSE Devise media campaigns from strategic planning to post campaign analysis for our clients. Campaigns that will deliver against their business challenges, whilst building strong relationships and processes with suppliers. Be responsible for the delivery of your client's media campaigns and growing your team. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING Ultimate responsibility buying and activations across all channels with a heavy lean into TV and ATL across a pod of designated clients (Simba Mattresses, Boylesports UK & ROI, Manual Healthcare, Dewynters) With the support of a Media Director, you will lead the media planning proposals across all media channels and presenting your planning ideas to clients, building trust and becoming a true business partner Be seen as a trusted leader within the media team, supporting wider media team across AV activations Accurately delivering media buys and communicating that delivery with clients and teams Training team members and supporting leadership as the agency experiences significant growth, setting up and buying the campaigns alongside the team. There will be a heavy leaning towards AV but not exclusively Responsible for AV planning, delivery and TV attribution reporting across pod of clients New Business pitch support as and when required Provide regular Media and Media owner updates to the team and your clients Updating clients regularly – spot times, campaign reporting, competitive and performance reports where applicable Spending time with suppliers to stay ahead of the market generating market intelligence to share with your clients Actively seeking new training to improve your own skills. Training other team members in your area of expertise. Learning other media skills such as Media Planning, Radio, Print, OOH and Digital.
