If you thrive in a dynamic setting and have a knack for managing multiple tasks while providing outstanding support, we want to hear from you!\n\nPosition: Senior Building Receptionist\n Salary: £28,000\n Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week)\n Location: No parking available at the site due to the city centre location\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAssist the Building Manager in coordinating contract meetings and assessing supplier performance through KPIs.\nEstablish a foundation for first-class customer service for all building guests and occupiers.\nCollaborate with internal and external partners to exceed client expectations.\nProvide effective administrative support, managing front-of-house activities and tenant relations.\nHandle inquiries from staff and visitors via multiple communication channels, ensuring clarity and efficiency.\nConduct quality checks of common areas and liaise with cleaning teams to uphold high standards.\nManage invoicing and monitor ongoing expenditure, keeping the Management Team informed of significant variances.\nPromote occupier engagement through meetings, forums, and networking events.\nPerform daily safety tours and periodic property inspections, ensuring all issues are promptly addressed.\nMaintain accurate property information, ensuring it is readily available to the Facilities Management team.What You Bring:\n\nExperience: Ideally 2+ years in a self-managed Receptionist/Front of House or customer service role.\nSkills: Excellent IT literacy (Microsoft Office and Outlook), strong communication, and organisational skills.\nPersonality: Enthusiastic, accountable, and confident with a professional outlook.
