What You’ll Do as a P&C Process Manager - Talent In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Co-design and Develop Processes: Collaborate with internal teams to create standardized global people processes that align with the company's strategic goals, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Ensure these processes support the overall business strategy and enhance operational efficiency. Partnerships and Implementation: Build and maintain strong partnerships with centres of expertise and technology teams. Co-design processes that meet business needs and ensure their successful implementation. Influence technology decisions to support process integration and functionality. Continuous Improvement: Work closely with internal business stakeholders, centres of expertise, and local P&C teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Optimize systems and processes to enhance the People Strategy, ensuring they are efficient and effective. Workshop Facilitation: Lead and facilitate workshop sessions across various stakeholder groups to conduct fit-gap assessments. Design and validate process improvements, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and their input is considered. Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success, effectiveness, and efficiency of processes. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address any challenges, ensuring continuous process enhancement. Process Documentation and Change Management: Own and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures and training materials. Manage all changes to related processes, ensuring they are consistent with global standards. Communicate effectively and provide training and support to ensure smooth implementation across the organization. What You’ll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: Excellent working knowledge of core Global P&C processes and systems Experience working cross functionally with P&C, Technology and other business areas Experience with global process standardization and harmonization Understanding and prepared to upskill in process mapping, process flows and design Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse data and develop change outcomes Experience in delivering change management activities Previous experience working within a GBS framework is desirable. Developed/ Developing understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies Previous experience working in a talent development role is essential, with specific experience in performance & talent assessment Does this sound like you?
