Role Overview:
Untamed is seeking a Customer Services Operator. As the Customer Services Operator at Untamed, you will work with the Head of Retail to ensure the smooth running of our order and invoice process with retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing & processing of purchase orders through TrueCommerce Web portal
* Transmitting orders internally to warehouse to process
* Ensuring warehouse are meeting SLA by securing booking slots, transmitting ASNs and meeting delivery standards
* Ensuring PODs / EPODs are available and track / challenge shortage reporting
* Tracking and helping to improve customer service levels
* Ensuring Weekly First Time Match rate for pricing
* Creating and reviewing invoices and submitting via EDI
* Using retailers SAP system to track payments and deductions
* Creating and reviewing credit notes
Requirements:
* Experience of working with TrueCommerce and SAP or similar retailer ordering systems
* Minimum 1+ years of experience
* Ability to roll sleeves us and get things done in a fast growing young business
* Organised and diligent
* Passion for animals
