Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Bike Fitter role located in Cheshire. As a Bike Fitter at Vires Velo, you will be responsible for conducting professional bike fittings, providing expert advice on bike adjustments, and ensuring cyclists achieve optimal comfort and performance on their bikes. Below are the qualifications required but additional training will be provided on the latest equipment we use - IDMATCH
Qualifications
* Bike Fitting, Bike Mechanics, and Cycling Equipment knowledge desirable
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Experience in conducting bike fittings and making necessary adjustments
* Ability to analyze cyclist's riding position and recommend appropriate changes
* Knowledge of cycling biomechanics and anatomy
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Certification in Bike Fitting or related field is a plus
* Prior experience working in a bike shop or cycling studio
