Location: Windfarm near Wick Contract Type: PAYE Contract (up to 3 months, potential for 6 months) Start Date: Ideally Friday, January 31st (Monday, February 3rd at the latest) Salary: £28,000 per year £1,000 car allowance Hours: 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our client's team at the construction of a windfarm. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting day-to-day site operations. The position is initially for up to 3 months, with the potential for extension to 6 months based on performance and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the site team and contractors Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activities Coordinate meetings, site visits, and health & safety inspections Handle communication and liaise between site teams and office staff Assist in managing stock, supplies, and other administrative tasks Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Essential Skills & Experience: Previous administrative experience, ideally in construction, energy, or similar industries Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full driving license with access to a vehicle (due to site location) Benefits: Competitive salary (£28,000 per year) £1,000 car allowance to cover travel expenses Potential for contract extension Opportunity to work on a prominent renewable energy project LI-JF1 Legal Information: We act as an employment agency for permanent work and as an employment business for temporary work.
