Unrivalled Clinical Support
As part of our multidisciplinary clinical team, you will work closely with educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will provide individualised interventions and engagement to our young people.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
You will work collaboratively within our schools and children's homes, ensuring therapeutic support permeates every aspect of education, care, and support. You will offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.

* Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC

* Experience in supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences
* Be a confident, engaging, and effective model, guide, leader, and trainer
* Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative
