DUTIES Your duties as the Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant include: Invoicing: Generating and processing sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner Credit Control: Managing international credit control procedures, including chasing outstanding payments, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate records Purchase Ledger: Processing purchase invoices, matching them to purchase orders, and preparing payment runs Bank/Credit Card Reconciliations: Performing regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies General Ledger Support: Assisting with general ledger postings and other financial administration tasks as required Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and responding to emails CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Previous accounts / accounting / finance experience would be preferred Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications An understanding of bank and credit card reconciliation processes Good numeracy skills Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
