Finance Assistant – Currently Uddingston moving to Glasgow City Centre from October

Key Priorities of the Role
* Allocating daily customer payments
* Bookkeeping
* Assist with internal reporting
* General finance/office administration (requesting financing from vendors, assist with audit tasks)
* Ad hoc ordering (stationery, office supplies, packaging)
* Petty cash
* Liaise with external IT support for office IT requirements
Essential experience
* 2 years’ experience working in a finance team
Pay and benefits
* Competitive salary plus 13th cheque
* 31 days annual leave including public holidays
* Annual volunteering day
* Ability to work 1 day per week at home
Monday to Friday 9am -5:30pm
