Development coach Catering Hours: 37 Hours per week / 52 Weeks per year Salary: £26,000 - £27,783 Dependent on experience Do you want to join our expanding catering department and support the team in making a positive impact to students education. We are delighted to offer this exciting new role in our catering department. In this role you will work closely with students, helping them to develop their skills whilst training in the College Refectory, training kitchen and restaurant. You will be responsible for planning, supporting and be able to make key decisions on an apprentices progress towards the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding to pass their programme Plan, manage and promote internal work experience for all students, providing them with a realistic work environment to help students understand the Catering world. Produce training plans tailored to the needs of each individual student and employer. Train, coach, mentor and assess learners towards the achievement of their apprenticeship standard. Produce session plans, learning resources and training materials to support the apprentice. Increase the current apprentice provision by attracting and engaging with new employers.
