1. Navigation—Co-Ops assist the Operator in efficiently navigating the truck to each stop including parking assistance in difficult areas.
2. Communication—Co-Ops are the first line of communication between the customer and the truck to relay arrival information or resolve any issues inhibiting delivery.
3. Item Preparation—Co-Ops assist the Operator in preparing menu items. The default Co-Op prep area is the “Nut-Free” side of the truck and Co-Op must take special care to prevent cross contamination. Co-Ops are expected to bring awareness of allergen-free items to customer upon delivery.
4. Delivery—Co-Ops are the first point of contact for delivery to customers (predetermined delivery specifications) to customers’ doors. (In the event of multiple items, Operators should provide delivery assistance)
5. Emergencies/Escalation—Onboard the truck, Co-Ops manage/report any real-time customer-related issues that may impair a positive customer experience to Mission Control for further assistance/direction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Pristine driving record and ability to safely drive a very large vehicle (think UPS truck, training will be provided)
* Ability to efficiently navigate local neighborhoods using a map and GPS
* Exceptional people and communication skills
* Upbeat, friendly and outgoing personality, eager to serve customers happily
* Strong work ethic with a "do whatever it takes” attitude
* A background in food service is preferred
* Skilled in public speaking is preferred
* Truck driving experience is a plus
COMMITMENT
* Part time or Full time (depending on availability)
* Shifts run 2:00PM - 9:30PM (weekdays) and 1:00PM - 9:30PM (weekends) - depends on seasonality
* Days of the week vary depending on seasonality
Pay: $18 per hour
