Fast-paced café/restaurant is seeking a Catering Manager to deliver excellent food, service, and a great experience for all their customers.
Key requirements for the role:
1. You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a varied team in a busy restaurant/café.
2. Be sales-driven, achieving company targets & budgets, and ensuring all legal compliance is achieved, and company guidelines are followed.
3. The ideal candidate must be experienced in kitchen and front-of-house management.
4. You will have an understanding of an EPOS till system.
5. You will have excellent cooking skills & food presentation.
6. Ensuring appropriate menu offerings at all times, with a high level of presentation within a hygienic and safe environment.
7. An understanding of managing waste and budgets with good margin control and budgeting.
8. You will have a passion for customer service in a restaurant environment as well as business management skills.
