Key Responsibilities
Facilitating Communication:
* Act as the bridge between project teams and key stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
Scrum Team Management:
* Manage two Scrum teams using Azure DevOps to track progress and ensure efficient delivery.
* Develop and maintain a backlog of business and IT change requirements.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
* Partner with Product Owners, Technical Architects, and Operations to implement effective solutions.
* Facilitate collaboration with clients/stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Delivery Ownership:
* Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Manage risks, identify blockers, and escalate issues proactively to maintain delivery momentum.
Leadership:
* Provide active leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
* Champion continuous improvement within teams, ensuring Agile principles are fully embraced.
