As part of the Planning Enforcement team, you will get the opportunity to further your knowledge of the planning and development management process and gain experience in dealing with complaints and planning enforcement matters. This will include the opportunity to be involved with appeals and complex developments. We are looking for an officer with good organisational and time management skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to customer care. You will also have the ability to read plans and drawings and prepare and present information effectively in writing and orally. Clear, accurate spoken and written English is essential for the post. This is a hybrid role with an expectation that you will be working from the office twice a week. This particular role will require you to attend site and the office at short notice.
