Job Details
It is an exciting time to practice within Children and Families in Fife as we seek to deliver ‘The Promise’. Fife has invested into services, allowing Social Workers to have smaller caseloads to work creatively and innovatively with families.
We offer all Social Workers a diverse induction, access to learning and training opportunities, coaching, mentoring, and the support needed to develop practitioners. By investing in our staff, we invest in the children and families who receive our services.
In Fife, we put children at the centre of everything we do, and we invite applications from candidates who will share our enthusiasm.
If you are a qualified Social Worker wishing to support children, young people, and their families in a statutory setting, a career in Fife's children’s social work service awaits you.
