Your new role
Complete the operational administration of the department's financial processes and daily transactions - customer & supplier related, and associated data management and administration.
Raise and process supplier invoices
Raise and process customer invoices, customer recharges & processing customer refunds/reimbursements
Investigate and resolve all Customer Billing queries, involving discussions with internal colleagues and suppliers to deliver a timely & professional response/result to the customer.
