In this role you will be leading a small team of Engineers responsible for maintaining the fleet of onsite machinery. This will involve hands on maintenance work, ensuring PPM schedules are kept to, man management, driving continuous improvements and supporting the Engineering Manager to plan and execute projects. In addition to this you will receive specialist training and have the chance to maximise you earnings with overtime. You will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern consisting of days and nights so you must be comfortable with this.
