Job summary
The Estates and Facilities Department is at the heart of keeping our hospital running smoothly, ensuring our clinical colleagues can focus on delivering exceptional care. We are seeking another proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to join our dedicated team.
The key duties of the role revolve around providing an efficient and effective administrative service. This post consists of working and liaising with a multi-disciplinary team including clinicians, managers and other administrative staff in a professional manner in written, verbal and electronic format.
What You'll do:
1. Act as the first point of contact for all visitor's department via phone/email
2. Process applications, maintaining car parking database and providing parking permits.
3. Monitor the Estates & Facilities generic email inbox's
4. Support the Water Safety Group in recording of all water data.
5. Provide administrative support to the Estates & Facilities team where necessary.
6. Provide data, entry typing and telephone support to the Estates team.

Qualifications
1. Level 3 in Business or administrative qualification or relevant experience
2. GCSE in Maths and English
Experience
1. Excellent organisational skills
2. Be able to work to deadlines and prioritise work load
3. Prior experience of an office environment
4. Basic keyboard skills
5. Enthusiastic and demonstrates aptitude for team working
6. Able to work adapting to the daily demands of the post.
7. Demonstrates attention to detail and initiative in work
8. Numerate and literate with good communication and organisational skills
9. Ability to organise own time and prioritise
10. Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to learning and developing own role
11. Ability to use a VDU for long periods of time
12. Ability to concentrate whilst dealing with financial data
