We’re growing and have more customers and candidates who need immigration expertise. We are looking for people who are passionate about helping people navigate the complex world of visa applications and people who will play a key role in supporting candidates through their immigration journey.
What will you be doing?
* You will assist and guide early-stage candidates by ensuring they understand what’s needed and have uploaded all the required information and documents.
* You’ll oversee automated visa applications, double-checking that everything is accurate and relevant.
* You will conduct research to keep Borderless up-to-date with the latest regulations, ensuring we handle every visa application correctly and legally.

* You’ll ensure our partnered employers are upholding ethical hiring standards, and check in with placed candidates to hear about their experience in their new roles.
* You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our clients.
* As Borderless grows, we’re automating more of the visa process. Your role will shift from data entry to more meaningful work in candidate communication and legal research.
