Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated apprentice looking to develop their technical knowledge and skills whilst supporting a growing userbase with all things IT. Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]: Working with an internal ticketing system to manage user issues and request and provide technical support to employees and end-users across all our sites. Act as a point of contact for IT related issues and provide timely resolutions. Onboard new starters into the business. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures alongside our ISO 27001:2022. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. What we are looking for: Essential skills: Technical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 technology stack. Please Note - Being able to drive is preferred but not essential as long as you are within an hour commute. Personal qualities: Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Entry requirements: 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
