Graduate Engineer Opportunity
Osprey Group is offering a challenging and exciting opportunity to develop your skills as a graduate engineer through our 2-year Graduate Programme. This programme provides hands-on experience in desktop and site-based environments, focusing on the full lifecycle of systems and products.
You will have the opportunity to gain a breadth of engineering knowledge across our Heavy Lift and Nuclear business, working with experienced engineers who are passionate about delivering results.

About the Role
The Graduate Engineer will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and work as part of a team responsible for developing engineering solutions and concepts for various projects, including heavy lift and transport operations.
You will be enrolled onto the Osprey Graduate Programme (OGP) under a fixed-term contract for two years, which will provide you with structure, tools, experience, and opportunities to develop your professional career.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop solutions to support sales and tendering activities.
* Apply engineering calculations to evaluate, select, and test operations.
* Liaise with internal and external customers, including face-to-face interaction with clients on site.
* Manage projects through to execution using engineering principles and techniques.
* Ensure business-related decisions follow HSEQ standards and procedures.
What You'll Need
* A relevant degree with a minimum of 2:2 in mechanical/structural/construction and civil engineering.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

* A competitive salary £26,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
