This is a great opportunity to join a proactive team of Sales Coordinators based in Brandon!
You'll be providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department.
You'll be:
1. Hosting bespoke customer meetings onsite
2. Processing of specifications and sales orders accurately
3. Maintaining and updating customer records and sales data on the CRM system
4. Responding to customer enquiries
5. Completing general administration including filing, data entry and scheduling appointments
6. Providing occasional assistance when required at events
Ideally we're looking for someone who has sales administration experience along with excellent Excel/MS Office experience.
You'll have great attention to detail and accuracy along with being a good "organiser" who can prioritise tasks.
Location: Brandon
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Salary: Negotiable
