The Role

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage all site audits, including BRC, retailer, and customer-specific audits, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
2. Serve as the primary technical contact for multiple major retail customers, maintaining strong relationships and effectively managing their technical requirements.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, food safety, and compliance.
4. Ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of quality systems, including HACCP plans and all necessary documentation.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Production, NPD, Procurement) to support product development and ensure high-quality outcomes.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and customer satisfaction.
