The Job Role.
You will be primarily working alongside our foreman and senior managers to ensure the most suitable materials are sourced and delivered to various sites across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Cheshire, and North Wales. The role will require regular liaison with various suppliers as well as proactively providing estimates based on site plans and future requirements.

Daily Tasks will include:
* Generating order numbers for suppliers & staff including groundworkers, plumbers, electricians, and joiners.
* Recording order numbers into Job Costing/ Eque2 and generating reports.
* Liaising with foreman and contractors to ensure materials are on site as per schedules.
* Working with senior management to source materials for unique sites, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, bathroom tiles, and other materials used by trades.
* Answering incoming calls to the company and directing to the relevant parties.
* Aiding senior management with their tasks.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers.
The Successful Candidate must be:
* Maintain and build relationships with suppliers.
* Good attention to detail and demonstrate initiative.
* Motivated both in terms of the job and themselves.
* Strong IT skills.
* Good work ethic.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
* Knowledge of building products.
* Some knowledge of accounts processes.
The successful candidate would ideally have extensive experience in the construction sector. Experience with other developers or suppliers is preferable; however, other similar past roles would also be considered. A detailed knowledge of construction materials and processes is essential.
Salary is dependent on experience.
Driving license preferred.

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
