Term Time Teachers are seeking Special Needs Teaching Assistants who are interested in exploring the benefits of joining an agency.

Key responsibilities as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant:
Assisting students with emotional or behavioural difficulties, implementing suitable strategies to support their development.
Collaborating with the class teacher to prepare materials and tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of students.
Providing one-to-one or group support to students both in the classroom and throughout the school day.
Tracking and documenting students' progress while offering feedback to the class teacher.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of students, and promoting their welfare.Requirements:
Hold the right to work in the UK.
Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be happy to apply.
Relevant experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential.
Be able to provide two references within the last 2 years.
