We are currently seeking a dedicated leader and dynamic Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation across various service streams, spanning the Central Belt of Scotland.
This role brings an exciting opportunity to manage various client accounts; ensuring service excellence, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in soft services and a passion for delivering high-quality facilities solutions.
About the Role
* You'll lead the way and empower our teams, motivating your operational colleagues to maintain Sodexo's high service standards.
* You'll oversee the service delivery across various facilities within the region, ensuring Sodexo standards of operations are consistent and meet the clients requirement and contractual agreement.
* You'll manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive cost-effective service delivery. leveraging data insights to support strategic decision-making
* You'll be the client's go-to, developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the clients and stakeholders.
* You'll ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and industry regulations, supporting a zero-harm culture.
* You'll bring your ideas to the table, as you implement innovative solutions to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
* You'll foster a people-centric culture, promoting performance-based recognition and enhancing engagement.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in multi-service facilities management and leadership positions, with a focus on soft services .
* Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of managing multi-site operations.
* Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
* Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, cost controls, and commercial performance.
* A growth mindset with a proactive approach to business development and retention.
