Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and Fleet Management capabilities that align with the company's growth objectives while maintaining strong company culture.

Experience in Fleet Management Operations.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for HR metrics.
In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practices

Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
Strong ethical foundation and professional integrity
Demonstrated ability to make balanced, fair decisions in complex employee situations
Natural relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Handle VISA processing and compliance
Oversee fleet management responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Process payroll and manage employee financial matters
Develop and update HR policies and procedures
Oversee and manage the company's entire fleet operations
Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures
Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and repairs
Manage vehicle documentation, insurance, and compliance
Handle VISA processing and compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Process payroll and manage employee matters
Develop and update HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
CIPD qualified or equivalent HR qualification
Minimum 5 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and VISA regulations
Experience in managing fleet operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Desired Skills:
Experience in the renewable energy sector
Knowledge of HR software systems
Project management capabilities
Change management experience
Working Arrangements:
Full-time, on-site position (permanent)
Monday to Friday working pattern
Salary up to £35,000 per annum
