About Us:
We are a well-established and reputable accountancy firm in Kent, dedicated to providing top-tier financial services to individuals and businesses. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Secretary/Office Assistant to support our busy office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages as necessary
* Managing and organising the office calendar and appointments
* Assisting with client correspondence, including emails, letters, and other documentation
* Preparing and filing documents, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Data entry and maintaining client records in an organized manner
* Providing general administrative support to the accountancy team
* Typing and formatting correspondence and invoices
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in an accountancy firm is desirable but not essential
