Reed Accountancy & Finance is currently supporting our Tonbridge based organisation looking for an Accounts Assistant for an ongoing temporary assignment to cover long-term sickness on a part-time basis.
The ideal Accounts Assistant should demonstrate relevant experience with the following duties:
The Accounts Assistant Duties:
* Produce sales invoices from customer orders
* Check invoices for accuracy
* Verify invoices against despatch notes to ensure goods have been sent
* Post payments to the ledger
* Match remittance advices to cheques and payments received
* Reconcile customer accounts
* Chase outstanding debts as required
* Assist with the purchase ledger
* Raise credit notes when necessary
