Actual Salary: £20,575 - £21,228
37 Hours per Week
Term Time plus Five Additional Days (195 per annum)

We are currently looking to appoint a motivated and committed individual to join our Admin Team, who is willing to take responsibility and use their initiative to ensure excellent customer service and support for all our community; staff, students their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Being the main point of contact on the school reception, undertaking switchboard and reception duties, alongside manning Student Support on a rota basis
* Undertaking administrative services for the school, utilising Google Suite and our management information system
* Offering administrative support for school events and trips, working with a variety of staff to support with a range of general office and admin duties
The following qualifications and experience are essential:
* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) Grade C or above
* Strong ICT skills and experience using Microsoft Office packages
* Admin qualification
* Experience of working in a busy office environment
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
