The role will be primarily on site in our Wednesbury operation supporting our largest safety and workwear • Provide excellent customer service to all colleagues onsite and remotely. • Logging of incidents, user queries and diagnosing faults via Corporate Help Desk System. • Efficiently escalating support cases to 2nd & 3rd line support where necessary. • Track support cases and resolve within SLA. • Configure & Maintain Laptops, PCs, Mobiles, Printers, Phone Systems, and security on devices. • Provide first and second-line support for internal applications.
