This role involves preparing fresh, homemade meals and baked goods while ensuring high-quality food and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of brunch, lunch, and afternoon tea dishes to a high standard. Ensure food is presented attractively and meets portion and quality standards. Manage kitchen operations, including food prep, stock control, and ordering ingredients. Maintain high levels of cleanliness and food hygiene in line with food safety regulations. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring consistency and quality. Assist in creating new menu items and seasonal specials. Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Assistant in a café, tearoom, or similar environment. Food Hygiene Certificate Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean working environment. Passion for fresh, homemade food and attention to detail in presentation.
