Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care to join our team. As a field-based nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing individual care packages, providing practical training to care workers, and clinical supervisions and instructions using your clinical expertise and guidance.
* Assess and review individual care packages
* Provide practical training to care workers
* Conduct clinical supervisions and instructions
* Interact with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments
* Participate in paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis

Requirements
* Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate
* Driving licence required
