About the job you are considering
We are looking for a driven Sales Developer/Leader with proven experience managing strategic engagements with a number of our key Telecom customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in telecom operations, technology transformation, business strategy, and client relationship management, along with a deep understanding of the telecom market. The role involves leading initiatives, driving growth, and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that align with client needs in the fast-evolving telecom space.
This is a permanent position working remotely but also as a Hybrid pattern as and when required to be on site.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
1. Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, nurturing long-term relationships and fostering partnerships that drive business growth.
2. Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account strategies that meet our customers' business objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, value-added services.
3. Telecom Market Expertise: Stay updated on trends and innovations within the telecom sector, particularly in the areas of 5G, IoT, network transformation, and digital services.
4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the portfolio of our services and solutions
5. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery across technical and business domains. Provide mentorship and development to team members.
6. Technology Transformation: Leverage your expertise in telecom technology transformation (e.g., network virtualization, cloud, AI, etc.) to drive digital transformation initiatives within client organizations.
7. P&L Responsibility: Manage and be accountable for the financial performance of the accounts, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
8. Contract Negotiation: Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions for both clients and the company.
9. Innovation & Thought Leadership: Champion innovation by working with internal teams to develop new solutions and services aligned with the needs of our customers.

Your Skills and experience
10. 12-15 years of experience in Telecom Sales roles, with significant exposure to large telecom operators.
11. Client Relationship Management: Proven success in managing large-scale accounts and fostering strong relationships with telecom clients
12. Telecom Expertise: In-depth knowledge of telecom operations, network infrastructure, digital services, and emerging technologies (5G, IOT, AI, cloud, etc)
13. Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.
14. Leadership: Experience leading and managing high-performing teams across technical and business disciplines.
15. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to address complex business challenges and drive solutions.
16. Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good to have
17. Prior experience with global technology or consulting companies in the telecom space.
18. An understanding of regulatory and compliance issues within the telecom industry.
19. A track record of innovation and leading digital transformation initiatives.
Your Security Clearance
