What You’ll Do
* Develop and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences tailored to the needs and interests of EYFS children.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
* Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and support to promote their development.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Participate in planning and implementing school-wide initiatives that enhance the EYFS curriculum.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous professional development and improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working in an EYFS setting, with a passion for early childhood education.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young children.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
* A collaborative approach to teaching and a willingness to work as part of a team.
