What You’ll Be Doing Partnering with Hiring Managers – Work closely with teams across the business to understand their needs and deliver top talent. Owning the Full Recruitment Cycle – From sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, you’ll ensure a seamless candidate experience. Building a Strong Talent Pipeline – Actively source diverse candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative channels. Championing Employer Branding – Collaborate with marketing to showcase why Policy Expert is the place to be Data-Driven Decision Making – Use insights and recruitment metrics to continually improve our hiring processes. Advising & Influencing – Be a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, interview coaching, and best practices. What We’re Looking For ✅ Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role —agency or in-house, we value expertise ✅ Strong relationship-building skills—you’ll work with stakeholders at all levels. ✅ Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Experience recruiting across various functions—customer service, sales, tech, compliance? Even better ✅ Knowledge of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. ✅ Passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience. ✅ A strong commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
