Flexible People are seeking a fleet administrator to join one of our prestigious clients in Atherton. This position is full time Monday-Friday. The times are 0900am-1700pm The rate of pay is 12.17ph. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance, registration, and compliance of the entire fleet. Coordinate repairs, servicing, and inspections to keep vehicles in optimal condition. Manage driver schedules and ensure proper use of company vehicles. Track fuel usage, mileage, and other vehicle metrics. Maintain accurate records and reports of fleet activity. Liaise with vendors, insurance providers, and regulatory bodies. PCN Management: Oversee and resolve any Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs), ensuring timely payments and disputes when necessary. MOT Management: Ensure all vehicles are up-to-date with their MOTs and comply with relevant regulations. Transport Queries: Handle day-to-day transport-related inquiries and resolve any issues that arise efficiently. Servicing & Maintenance: Coordinate regular servicing, repairs, and inspections to keep our fleet running smoothly and safely. Reporting to the National Transport Manager What Were Looking For: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in fleet management or logistics preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office or fleet management software. A proactive, self-starter attitude. The right candidates must be willing to work full time and understand that they will be relied upon. This is a permanent position.
