About the Role
You are a HSE professional with a background working in hazardous environments, looking for an exciting new challenge in the sustainability sector where you can develop your technical skills and expertise.
We require a highly motivated and experienced HSE Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment at our chemical plant.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards, as well as developing and implementing effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other departments, including operations, maintenance, and quality assurance, to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, plus a discretionary bonus, private healthcare, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and EV salary sacrifice.
