Equans is looking for a Facilities Management Administrator to join our team in East Kilbride, working on our contract with Cola-Cola on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £30,000 - £31,200 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
Reception duties, Permit/Mail room Coordinator & H&S PPE Custodian and Administrator
Act as Record Keeper and Facilities Coordinator
Manage bookings of meeting rooms
General Admin for both Equans & CCEP
Security Liaison when VIPs attend site
Involvement in receiving RAMS and booking contractors onto booking in system
Assisting with quoted works
Ad Hoc Electrical Testing and Inspection admin support
Liaise with Soft Services Manager/Equans FM Manager, also CCEP F&U Manager on a daily basis for administration tasks
Answering internal/external phone calls, transferring calls to managers onsite
Using site Tannoy system to put out announcements
Monthly full site First Aid box check for CCEP
Permit room duties, completing onsite inductions for Client, keeping files up to date and in a tidy order

Who are we looking for?
IOSH certification preferred (Not essential)
Hands on experience with office equipment (franking machine, tannoy system)
Good organisational skills
Prioritising tasks
Excellent telephone manner & IT skills
Good level of verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
Ability to achieve deadlines
The ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, employees and team at all levels
Arranging transport for Client (Taxis to airport) (Desirable)
Liaising with Client to order PPE & Stationery (Desirable)
