Description Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customer's needs and provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives Follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Work with customer service team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Remain up-to-date with product knowledge Profile A successful Customer Service Advisor should have: Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role Strong phone handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively Job Offer An annual salary of £23, 400 Monday to Friday work schedule with 37.5 hours per week A permanent position within the company A friendly and supportive company culture that values each employee The opportunity to grow and develop your customer service skills
