This isn’t your typical Social Media Executive role. You’ll be an integral ‘JAAQ’ of all trades. See what we did there? Before anything else, you must be a fcking sensational copywriter. Captions, comments - this should be your playground. Whilst it’s important that you have an understanding of social media and a genuine passion for culture, your ability to bring wit, authenticity and empathy into every interaction - both in content and via the written word - is crucial. You’ll not only craft engaging copy and respond to comments, but also be our social media maestro for our founder Danny Gray, posting and managing his schedule to keep the content flowing and the audience engaged. Don’t worry - you won’t be alone 3 years experience is preferred. We aren’t worried about brands you’ve worked with, but care more about you as a person. Start-ups are chaotic but fun. You should be able to watch an hour of Danny on a podcast and identify 20 different short-form storytelling opportunities. You’ll be the voice of Danny on social media, ensuring that every comment or interaction is genuine, human, and sometimes just plain powerful. You must be comfortable with the uncomfortable. Drop us a message Key Responsibilities: Be the master of Danny’s calendar and posting on social media. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase Danny’s brand awareness and loyalty. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and Danny-led manner. Be a mini Danny. Foster a positive and inclusive community environment by moderating discussions and addressing any issues or conflicts. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align community activities with overall marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and social media. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Executive or similar role in social media management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics. Ability to think creatively and strategically to engage and grow an online community. Experience with content creation and curation. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for supporting people’s mental health.
