Sales Support

Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Manage and update the internal CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
* Coordinate customer accounts, ensuring top-level service and satisfaction.
* Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
* Input and update personal information and records accurately into the system.
Requirements:
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative or sales support role (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Tech-savvy with advanced Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support a team environment.
