We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Process Lead Analyst to oversee and drive the day-to-day operations of business processes across Adult Social Care.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting service delivery by improving efficiencies, developing infrastructure, and fostering collaboration across departments and external partners.
This role ensures strong performance management, commissioning, and integrated activities within Adult Social Care, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of business processes within Adult Social Care to improve resource efficiency and service delivery.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the NHS, Local Authorities, and partner organizations.
* Lead planning and reporting for key developments such as BCF (Better Care Fund) and multi-agency activities.
* Provide expert technical advice to improve processes, infrastructure, and business practices.
* Champion data quality through effective data cleansing and audit systems.
Support the promotion of diversity, safeguarding, and the highest standards of customer care.
