We have a role in IT and the successful candidate will be involved with:
* The day to day management of the IT Service Desk
* Be Involved with 1st / 2nd line support within the IT Support delivery. Including IT Support, networks, infrastructure, hardware life cycle management and some project work
* Be part of the escalation route for support issues
* Be part of and become involved with the IT Continual Service Improvement plans
* Own the creation and maintenance of tech support documents and ensure all documents are reviewed and updated in a timely fashion
* Own the BAU Asset Management lifecycle
* Ensure that the team are adhering to all current policies including but not limited to TPE AUP, All policies that relate Cyber Security, Asset Management
* Work with any IT project teams and own the transition of projects in to BAU support ensuring all documentation and training is complete
* Work with the support team to identify gaps and requirements within the teams knowledge and tool set and feedback requirements in line with the budget review processes
* Work with business to deliver projects
About the Person
You will be an enthusiastic and dedicated team player who is passionate about delivering great support and driving a team towards success. You must have experience working with your team and the business and demonstrate experience in leading change in working practices, providing support and delivering project work.
Essential skills:
* 5+ years of experience providing technical support
* Experience with Server 2016 to Server 2022
* Experience with 0365 and windows 10/11
* Delivering Projects on time and on Budget
* Creating and Maintaining Technical documents
* Working to and improvement of technical processes
* Experience working to Cyber Security Principles
* Great Stakeholder management
* Ability to work with the business and support team to identify challenges and touch points and find solutions
* Ability to create and present reports to all levels of the business up to and including Exec Team Member
* Experience of working with 3rd parties to resolve issues and deliver projects
Desirable
* Desktop support and investigation skills
