This exciting role is part of our dedicated and friendly Children’s Business Intelligence Team, which plays a crucial role in providing performance data and analysis to a wide range of colleagues including Children’s Social Care, Education, senior managers, local Councillors, commissioners, partners and the Department of Education. Your work will directly contribute to improving outcomes for children, young people and families, supporting them to stay safe and thrive.
In this role you will:
Play a lead role in developing high quality and timely performance information, benchmarking and insights, and share findings with a range of audiences.
Use analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI to conduct in-depth analysis and present data.
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, constantly seeking to streamline processes and explore new technologies and automation to drive efficiency.
Lead on the preparation of data for statutory government data returns, peer reviews and inspections, with meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues, including data analysts, senior managers and partner organisations.
