Make a significant contribution to our drive to raise standards, progress, and attainment, with an excellent understanding of assessment for learning. Have high expectations of pupil behaviour and achievement, as well as the ability to communicate this to others and demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills. Support the development of a curriculum through their own subject knowledge, passion for teaching and relentless drive for securing the best academic achievements for our children.
