About the role
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our dedicated teaching team to work in a school in the Wolverhampton area. The ideal candidate will be capable of teaching a range of science subjects—such as Biology, Chemistry, and Physics—across Key Stages 3 and 4. Whether you are an experienced educator or an early career teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to work in diverse educational settings, engaging and inspiring young minds. The school maybe willing to take a job for the right candidate. This role is to start after the Easter break
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
* Teach a range of scientific disciplines, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
* Assess and provide constructive feedback to support student progress.
* Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school-wide activities.
* Create a positive learning environment that encourages students to actively participate.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in a science-related subject.
* Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Flexibility to work across a variety of school environments in and around Wolverhampton
Desirable Attributes:
* Previous experience teaching in secondary schools.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
* Passion for inspiring and motivating young people to explore science.

* PGCE in science
* UK Experience in teaching in secondary schools
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
