Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: Working with the Regional Practice Development Educators and hospital/national clinical leads to implement strategies for improvement of the learners experience within the clinical environment Providing facilitation, education, training and support in developing the role of coach/mentor through champion and cascade training and mentorship skills development Liaising with Higher Education Institutes and Regulatory Bodies to ensure effective use of placements and relevant governance arrangements Monitoring and maintaining effective practice development facilitation using a range of methodologies Promoting inter-professional learning and collaboration amongst different student populations working with those who support the individual profession Developing group wide preceptorship programmes for clinical colleagues Formulating group wide induction training for students in collaboration with Regional Practice Development Leads on and Workforce and support Clinical Educators to deliver Ensuring support and supervision for colleagues engaging in CPD/educational programmes which ultimately lead to practice development and improved services and outcomes for patients Exploring and developing opportunities for advancing clinical roles across Spire Healthcare About us About Us At Spire Healthcare, caring is our passion.
