The Product Learning & Development team is at the heart of our company's ambition to develop and retain the best people in product. Your role
As the Product Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of training programmes by supporting and coordinating the day to day activities of the Product Learning and Development department.
1. Organising and Scheduling Training Sessions : You will work closely with the Product Learning and Development team and utilise our Learning Experience Platform (Thrive) to schedule training workshops, ensuring sessions align with the learner training needs and timelines.
2. Learner Group Management : Use Thrive to create and manage learner cohort groups for training sessions, ensuring the right employees are grouped together based on start date and job role.
3. Training Materials Coordination : Ensure all training materials (slides, handouts, digital resources) are prepared, distributed, and available ahead of each session.
4. Invitations and Communications : Manage and send training invitations to learners using Thrive, ensuring that all relevant employees are notified in a timely manner. You’ll also send reminders and updates leading up to each session and monitor responses
5. Tracking Attendance and Absences : Monitor attendance at all training sessions, follow up on absences, and reschedule sessions where necessary.
6. Diary and Calendar Management : Coordinate the calendars of the Product Learning and Development team, scheduling meetings, one-to-ones, and other critical team events.
7. Administrative Support : Provide day-to-day admin support to the Product Learning and Development team, including answering queries on email, and updating our learning experience platform (Thrive)
8. Learner Support : Be the point of contact for learners, answering or re-directing any queries they may have before or after training, and providing necessary follow-up materials.
9. Feedback Collection and Reporting : Assist in gathering feedback from learners to continuously improve the training experience. Create attendance and performance reports from Thrive, for the team to review.
About you
10. Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a learning and development team
11. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
12. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and learners of all levels
13. Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Suite (Slides / Powerpoint, GMail / Outlook, Sheets / Excel, Google Docs, Word) and familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Meet, Teams)
14. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platform (LXP) or other training software is a plus, but not essential as full training will be given
15. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
17. There may be future opportunities for the right candidate to advance within the product learning and development team by delivering training programmes and creating training material.
