A founder of a leading skincare brand is seeking an organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant. This role involves managing a complex schedule, travel logistics, and communications, requiring professionalism, confidentiality, and multitasking abilities.
JOB TITLE: PA to Founder
COMPANY: Beauty
CONTRACT: Temporary, up to 2 months
START: ASAP
SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 (permanent salary equivalent) *potentially to go slightly higher for the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize a busy calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
3. Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
4. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle last-minute changes as needed.
5. Screen, prioritize, and respond to communications on behalf of the executive.
6. Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, maintaining a professional rapport with stakeholders.
7. Prepare agendas, gather materials for meetings, attend as needed, take notes, and track follow-up actions.
8. Organize documents, manage records, track expenses, and assist with personal tasks as needed.
9. Support logistics for brand events, press engagements, and project timelines in collaboration with internal teams.
10. Uphold brand standards and maintain strict confidentiality in all communications and interactions.
Qualifications:
1. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools; ability to manage multiple priorities.
2. Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and discreet, with a solution-focused approach.
